Aquadron Beverage References

The Aquadron is used to ensure hygiene at many beverage production sites, below are a selection of projects. It allows you to:
  • reduce chemical use and cost,  
  • reduce water use,  
  • save time on the CIP process,  
  • implement continuous filler cabinet disinfection during a running filling process; and 
  • reduce energy use (replacing hot water and steam disinfection).

CONTINUOUS DISINFECTION IN A BOTTLED DRINKS PRODUCTION LINE
Aquadron SG2 Used for:
  • Borehole water treatment. 
  • Permanent bottling line disinfection by spraying HyClean Concept.  
  • Permanent process disinfection by HyClean Plus Concept nebulization.  
  • Disinfectant supply to the bottle washer. 
Features: Improved the hygiene in the bottling of the beverages by providing continuous treatment of the critical process areas. This reduced the need for preservatives, removed the use of aggressive chemicals and reduced production costs.


CONTINUOUS DISINFECTION IN A BOTTLED DRINKS PRODUCTION LINE
Aquadron GXL Data:
  • Permanent disinfection in the beverage production line by spraying using the HyClean Concept. 
  • Permanent disinfection by HyClean Plus Concept nebulization.  
  • Bottling disinfection CIP plant.   
Features: Improved the hygiene in the bottling of the beverages by providing continuous treatment of the critical process areas. This reduced the need for preservatives, removed the use of aggressive chemicals and reduced production costs.

  • Disinfection of filling areas using HyClean Concept. 
Features: Improved the hygiene in the bottling of beer by permanent treatment of critical areas with anolyte, in addition the elimination of several wash cycles shortened cleaning time and increased plant efficencies and the filling performance.

DISINFECTION CIP SYSTEMS IN A LARGE BREWERY
Aquadron G1 Data:
  • Reading controlled dosing. 
  • Disinfection of nine multiple storey fermentation and storage tanks.

Features: Reduced operating costs, disinfection solution is sequenced, eliminated monobromoacetic acid use, reduction of AOX levels in waste (about 85%), no storage and logistics costs for chemicals.
